Do DOLABRO batteries fit other brands' tools?
No. 20V MAX batteries are designed for DOLABRO tools only. Do not use adapters—this voids the warranty.
Which battery should I choose?
4.0 Ah is the standard for all tools. 2.0 Ah is lighter for overhead fastening, 6.0 Ah for the angle grinder, rotary hammer, and long shifts.
How do I store batteries over winter?
Dry, at room temperature, partly charged, never above 104°F (40°C). Do not leave them in the van in frost or direct sun. Charge only between 40°F and 104°F (4°C and 40°C).
Can I charge a cold or hot battery?
The charger waits until the battery is within the permitted temperature range, then starts charging automatically.
How long is the warranty?
1 year on the tool, battery, and charger. Separately, the seller’s statutory liability for conformity applies for 2 years.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email support@dolabro.com with your invoice number, a description of the fault, and a photo of the serial plate. We repair within 30 days at the latest.
Are the motors brushless?
Yes, on the C3520, B1120, and A1620.
Can I return a tool if it does not suit me?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Return it complete, in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Do you sell tools without batteries?
Currently as complete kits only. Extra batteries are sold separately.
Do you ship outside Slovenia?
Not yet from the online shop. Companies and partners in other countries: sales@dolabro.com.
Can I get a VAT invoice for my company?
Yes. Enter your company name and VAT ID at checkout.
