14 Days to Change Your Mind

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

How to Return

  1. Notify us at support@dolabro.com. You may use the withdrawal form (PDF), but it is not required.
  2. Return the product within 14 days of your notice, complete and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  3. We will refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of your notice, at the latest upon receipt of the product.

Important:

You may try the tool as you would in a store. If it has been used for work, we may charge for the loss in value.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only.
