1-Year Warranty
DOLABRO d.o.o. guarantees the faultless operation of the tool, battery, and charger for 1 year from delivery. If we cannot repair the product within 30 days, we will replace it with a new one or refund the price. Service and spare parts remain available for at least 3 years after the warranty ends.
How to Claim
- Email support@dolabro.com: include invoice number, description of the fault, and a photo of the serial plate.
- We will send you a free shipping label, or you can drop off the tool at our service center in Ljubljana (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:00 PM).
- We will inspect the tool and inform you of the solution.
Not Covered:
Wear parts and accessories; damage from dropping, water, overload, or not following the manual; non-original batteries or chargers; repairs by unauthorized persons; normal battery aging.
Statutory Rights:
This warranty does not affect the seller’s liability for conformity, which applies for 2 years from delivery.
